Four of Western Canada's established construction and infrastructure companies have united under a single parent company.
Prairie North, ENGCON, BTO Contracting and Ventura Power & Gas are now one group: Theoden Infrastructure. Together, the group offers a broader array of infrastructure construction services: heavy civil construction, earthworks, road building, underground and shallow utilities, utility renewal & rehabilitation, environmental containment, and energy services. One partner with the size, scale and resources for larger, more complex projects, without losing the specialized crews and relationships clients already rely on.

Continuity for Clients & Partners
No disruption to current projects, contracts or relationships. Each company keeps its trade name for now, transitioning gradually to the Theoden brand over the next 12–24 months. The teams you work with today are the teams you keep.
New: Drones & Robotics Division
Building on aerial services the group already offers: surveying and mapping, progress tracking, inspection and thermal imaging, cleaning and coating, aerial lifting, firefighting support and site lighting. Drone LiDAR that replaces slower, costlier helicopter survey work.
Technology Forward
AI-enabled capabilities rolling out across the business: sharper forecasting, scheduling, estimating, cost control and predictive maintenance. Projects delivered safer, faster, on budget.
